As a prerequisite for paying fair share, major billers mandate the method by which they will accept payments to satisfy approved DMPs. To help maximize fair share, Vanco's e.service® Payment Analyzer scrutinizes an agency's file of check payments to identify payments that can be delivered electronically and then provides the agency with the appropriate MasterCard RPPS biller ID number.
A large number of billers do not support credit counseling or receive payments through the RPPS gateway used by credit counseling agencies. They can however receive electronic payments through the MasterCard RPPS Remote Banking gateway. e.service® Payment Analyzer can identify these billers allowing agencies to convert additional check volume into electronic payments.
Sophisticated editing programs examine each payment file to identify suspected errors and prevent potentially costly delays. Payment analysis is available at no charge to Vanco disbursement clients and at a nominal charge to others. |
